PureKana is priced slightly higher than average compared to similar CBD brands when it comes to CBD concentration levels. However, PureKana offers FREE US shipping across the board with no minimums. The PureKana price point starts at $11 for their CBD lip balm and goes up to $390 for their 5000mg CBD oil tinctures.
Although PureKana is priced on the high side, their average price dips below the industry average if you do their Subscribe & Save. That’s because PureKana’s savings on subscriptions is 30%, higher than what we normally see. To get the most value from PureKana, definitely take advantage of Subscribe & Save, and sign up for their loyalty program to earn points on all your purchases.
PureKana caters to customers with all types of CBD strength needs, from lower doses in their CBD topicals to the uber-potent 5000mg CBD oil drops. As far as efficiency goes, it looks like PureKana’s full-spectrum CBD oil drops are a decent choice, and if available, definitely their CBD vape line (this has been out of stock for some time at the writing of this review).
PureKana earns relatively high marks for their attention to particular facets of running a CBD business that we find to be non-negotiable. PureKana states that they source their hemp solely from non-GMO hemp plants grown and processed under the Pilot Research Hemp Farms program in Kentucky.
PureKana brings attention to new strains of U.S. industrial hemp that have been bred to grow more flowers and a more rich concentration/variety of terpenes and cannabinoids. Their program, which is under the jurisdiction of the Kentucky Department of Agriculture, requires specific, highly monitored protocols which guarantee consistency in the product. Herbicides, pesticides, and chemical fertilizers of any sort are strictly prohibited.
PureKana earns substantial points for customer satisfaction, and they appear to be actively engaged with their customers by responding to feedback and creating a community feel by encouraging discussion and reviews.
We appreciate that PureKana’s CBD product line covers the gamut by offering the standard options like full-spectrum CBD oil, capsules, pet products, topical skincare, and vape essentials along with the more nuanced, fun offerings like vegan CBD gummies for immunity and energy. Look forward to clean ingredients and expert CBD product formulation.
Finally, what we’ve zeroed in on with PureKana is their high level of consistency. Cannabinoid profiles for the broad spectrum CBD oil in the majority of their supplements are remarkably the same, even over years, meaning that PureKana purposely selects the same potent genetic profile each time. A great sign for regular CBD users.

PureKana offers a colorful variety of gummies, but these CBD immune gummies take the cake. First off, like all the CBD gummies from PureKana, there are no artificial flavors or colors whatsoever. In fact, turmeric is used as a colorant and gives the gummies an orangey-brown hue. It seems the ingredients have been intelligently formulated by someone who knows what they’re doing when it comes to plant-based medicine. Proven immune boosters elderberry and zinc are in the mix, as is oregano oil and black seed oil. Finally, this product has a really impressive cannabinoid profile, according to recent test results. We saw CBDV, CBN, CBG, and CBC, to be exact. Not too shabby for CBD gummies, which are usually made with CBD isolate or not-super-cannabinoid-rich broad-spectrum CBD oil. All in all, this might be one of our fave products in the whole line.

This is a great pick for getting better Zzz’s. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but by and large worth it for the folks that spring for these broad-spectrum CBD drops with melatonin. The Kentucky-grown CBD oil inside looks very potent, with both CBG and CBN in higher-than-usual amounts. We also noticed a particularly strong terpene profile, including a concentration of myrcene that’s more than 20% per volume! Myrcene has been shown to have positive effects on sleep health, so this is another big win.

These potent tinctures are our favorite delta 8 product currently available from PureKana. In addition to delta 8, CBG is also included, and we also noticed the presence of CBN on recent lab results. Delta 8 THC is an up-and-coming cannabinoid in the wellness world, gaining steam for its potential benefits and reportedly lower psychoactive potential versus delta 9 THC. As a result, many CBD users are now experimenting with delta 8 supplements to see what kind of natural benefits they might experience. These delta 8 tinctures contain all-natural ingredients and are available in watermelon and chocolate flavors, a tasty and highly bioavailable way to take your delta 8. (Remember that delta 8 is currently illegal in certain states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.)

PureKana offers a fairly extensive line of CBD topicals, some of which we prefer more than others for their all-natural list of ingredients. These CBD transdermal patches fit the bill, and they’re definitely the most innovative application in the bunch. If you’re new to CBD patches, it works like any medicated patch: place it on your skin at the site of the pain or discomfort for hours of release that’s protected from the elements. Transdermal CBD patches are a great option for localized pain or discomfort, or a good idea to apply before a shift if you work on your feet. PureKana’s transdermal CBD patches are waterproof and contain a robust cannabinoid profile with CBG and CBN included.

Their wide-ranging CBD catalog has earned them customers around the world and offers something for everyone. By all appearances, PureKana has a superb reputation with customers. While the business is not currently accredited by the Better Business Bureau, we were able to find no evidence online of PureKana being involved in any kind of scam or untoward behavior as a company.

PureKana nails it when it comes to testing, providing up-to-date potency reports and comprehensive results for contaminants that we require for the Safety Badge: residual solvents, pesticides, microbiological impurities, and heavy metals. The brand uses a handful of reputable labs to complete their testing protocols, including Ace Analytical Laboratory and DB Labs, to name a couple.
As far as what stands out in PureKana’s CBD certificates of analysis, we noticed that the cannabinoid profiles for their broad-spectrum CBD products are relatively the same through and through, even into the past. What that tells us is that they are probably sourcing the same genetic variety, which isn’t exactly common in the CBD space, as many brands will have to go to a few sources. This presents a substantial advantage for regular CBD users and regular PureKana customers, as they can expect more or less the same quality and effects because they’re getting the same hemp every time. With high levels of CBG and CBN in addition to CBD, we think PureKana definitely knows what they’re doing when it comes to selecting hemp genetics to make their supplements.
PureKana exclusively sources their hemp from Kentucky, a state renowned for organic hemp cultivation. These plants are grown without the use of chemical pesticides or herbicides in an ideal climate for happy hemp. PureKana uses CO2 extraction to procure their CBD oil and conducts multiple rounds of testing to ensure all their supplements are safe and potent.
You can easily purchase PureKana CBD products online from the brand’s website. PureKana is also available in retail stores nationwide. To find PureKana at a brick-and-mortar store near you, use their website’s convenient Store Locator.

Be advised that you will not be able to purchase delta 8 products online from PureKana if you live in the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.

Bottom Line – It’s hard to think of anything negative to say about PureKana. What really stands out to us is the consistency of their product, using the same, potent, Kentucky-grown CBD oil for the majority of their line. This CBD oil has been shown time and again on lab results to be loaded with high concentrations of CBG and CBN, to boot. The line of CBD gummies also deserves a shout-out for its potency and awesome superfood ingredients that never incorporate anything non-vegan or artificial. We also appreciate PureKana’s foray into delta 8 products, especially since they are so committed to safety testing. On a final note, remember that while PureKana’s prices might initially look a bit high, their subscribe & save will save you an industry-best 30%. If you’re a regular user of CBD supplements, this will put you back at industry-average prices for higher-than-average quality.
Like most CBD companies, PureKana does not offer CBD dosage guidelines. At COR, our Serving Standard is 25mg of CBD, taken twice daily. Remember that if you are new to CBD oil, start slowly and build until you receive the desired effects. FYI, this is NOT medical advice! If you’re legitimately hesitant about taking CBD oil for any reason, contact your physician before starting a new health regimen.
CBD has not been known to have any significant side effects, but when in doubt, consult your doctor. Note that PureKana has some supplements that contain caffeine or melatonin which may cause side effects.

When I researched for an online retailer to buy CBD oil, Purekana was rated #1. I made my first purchase during a huge promotion last year that Purekana had online. Product was sold out and lots of orders were backordered. Eventually everything was sorted out and I had my order delivered to me within two weeks. Purekana reached out to me to ensure my order was correct and offered a discount on my next order. I suffer from OsteoArthritis in both knees and both hands and I needed a way to manage my pain. Purekana taught me two things. 1 – CBD products can work as alternatives for pain management and, 2 – I am not the only one buying CBD products. I am in NY, Purekana shipped from NJ which was really close for me. I got my order, at my door within 2 days of it shipping First Class USPS. Purekana products work for me when medications would not work and I don’t want to rely on Opiods. Purekana products also taste great. There is no bad taste and no aftertaste. Purekana CBD oil is clean and clear. I will not buy from anyone else.

I agree 100% . My experience with Purekanna was most excellent . One of the fastest working oils that I’ve tried .

While charities are important, and I make it a point to support some of them, I think you’re giving this too much weight in ratings. CBD is costly, and it is apparently needed by people at any income level. To think someone who is chronically ill, who may not be able to work or can barely manage to get by due to the cost of treatments or due to depression should have limited access because a company’s prices include donations is heartbreaking. What am I missing here?

Hi Mangnus, Thanks for your message and we hear your concern. We create brand reviews, not product reviews, based on a specific methodology. Here is a link to what we look for, https://cbdoilreview.org/our-methodology/ and we stick to this simple equation so that we can be fair across the board with the hundreds of brands we review. Also, please keep in mind, the efficacy is not consistent with each CBD user. This alters depending upon diet, body weight, purpose for taking CBD, daily protocol, serving size, etc. There are too many undetermined variables that come into play with how effective a product is, and it would not be fair across the board for us to grade this based on a few individual experiences.

First order was OK. Second order was a disaster. I was in a hurry, and their website was glitchy, so I ended up with twice what I wanted but left it because I couldn’t wait. They charged my card immediately but didn’t ship. Finally shipped after I emailed them to complain. First told me it had already been delivered, but the tracking info showed delivery to a location in another part of the country. Offered a lousy 10% off next order. Ummm, there isn’t going to be a next order. This company should be put out of business.

If you are in a customer service business a good general rule is: take care of the customer service aspect and the business aspect will take care of itself. Not happening with these guys. My first order was delayed which was no big deal, but the company sent me a 20% off “sorry for the wait” coupon. I decided to place a second order and there was no way to use the coupon. Placed the order, sent an e-mail and received a response stating that $14.75 would be credited to my account. That is about 11% not 20%. Sent another e-mail, never received a response nor did I receive any credit to my account. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! There are plenty of other options out there that actually are interested in providing a quality product as well as decent customer service.

These people have really bad customer service. Their hours are 11AM-8PM it says on website (really…no kidding, 11AM) yet even still no one answers the phone there. When you order they charge your card immediately and than say it may take up to FIVE (yes, 5) business days to fill your order before it is shipped.
They appear to be quite unprofessional.

Purekana/Premium Jane are scammers. They are great at internet marketing, but can’t follow through with their product or customer service. Never received the product from Premium Jane no refund either. Figured out that the companies are one in the same and canceled order with Purekana. No refund there either

This review is horse shit. Nothing about effectiveness, just about certification and amazingly, whether they donate to charity? Absurd. I needed something that works not how much they donate. That won’t take care of my PTSD. What a joke.
PUREKANA is hands-down the best I’ve ever used. It deserves five stars.
