Vida+ Review

Vida+ has quality sourcing and processing and even offers a generous veterans discount. While the people and CBD products behind Vida+ are without a doubt, premium, we’re a bit underwhelmed by the product line. The brand currently offers just CBD oil drops and capsules. And without posting any CoAs whatsoever for these few offerings, we’re a bit on the fence about their products.

Let’s start with a few highlights about the CBD oil from Vida+:

• Sourcing – Vida+ gets their CBD from organic hemp farms in Colorado.
• Clean extraction – Vida+ uses CO2 extraction (a clean, industry-standard) method to safely remove cannabidiol from organic hemp. Unlike harmful chemicals like hexane or propane, CO2 is a more natural way to extract cannabidiol using the physics of pressure and temperature.
• Partnerships – Vida+ partners with Folium Biosciences to source their CBD oil products. We know that Folium Biosciences is an innovative producer and is actually one of the largest ones in the world, at that. They’re based out of North America and are known for their transparency and top-notch testing protocols. Because of this partnership, as well as their sourcing and extraction, we’re awarding Vida+ the Quality Badge.
• Experience – The team behind Vida+ has been involved with modern holistic science for quite some time.
• Affordability – If you buy on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, Vida+ is a highly affordable CBD line.
• 0% THC – If Vida+ test results prove their line is indeed 100% free of THC, then those looking for a broad spectrum product can get one without the worries of THC that some may have due to employment, testing, etc.
• Giving back – Vida+ offers a generous military discount on their entire CBD catalog.

And now for what does not work so well for us with Vida+:

• Limited product line – Although the Vida+ CBD product line uses premium ingredients, there are only two options to choose from: CBD oil drops or capsules. The former are available with hemp seed oil in various concentrations. Their CBD capsules are a mixture of cannabidiol, turmeric, and MSM in two different serving sizes.
• No test results – Vida+ claims to have virtually unrivaled testing processes and protocols, but they don’t display even one test. With a CBD product line this simple, we find this surprising.

If Vida+ wants to earn our Safety Badge, they’ll need to provide current, independent results for potency on all their SKUs, plus a comprehensive contaminants panel.

Bottom Line – Vida+ may have quality CBD products, but we’d appreciate they post some lab reports on their CBD oil to fully get on board.
