Pure Spectrum CBD Tinctures

CBD tinctures are the foundation of any cannabidiol product line. The product represents just the straight stuff: the purest form of any company’s CBD oil. And Pure Spectrum’s version of the product is certainly worth talking about.

The company offers a broad spectrum CBD oil, which represents a rare satisfactory compromise: All the cannabinoids provided by the hemp plant, but none of the THC. The idea is to maintain the “entourage effect” that some believe results from all the cannabinoids working together, to create a sensation greater than the sum of their parts.

On top of that, Pure Spectrum adds an organic nutraceutical-grade CBD isolate to the mix—a fancy way of saying an even bigger boost of all-natural, and extra-absorptive, cannabidiol, making the overall product even more potent and fast-acting.

The only other thing added is a blend of MCT oil, which is coconut oil-based and responsible for creating a smoothness to the overall mix.

Pure Spectrum’s CBD oil comes in three varieties: a 250mg, 1250mg, and 2500mg, with the bottles retailing for $29, $125, and $229 respectively.

CBD topicals are tough things to do right. Many companies fall prey to the cheaper—and much more toxic—ingredients abundant in the skincare industry.

But Pure Spectrum rises above that temptation, loading their CBD salves with a short list of all-natural ingredients proven to heal and soothe skin.

The mixes differ in intention: One is meant to invigorate, while one is meant to relax, with those aims achieved by the smart mixture of specific essential oils known to stimulate both effects.

But they have in common Pure Spectrum’s stellar CBD oil, which is derived from hemp grown organically in the U.S., and extracted using the industry-standard CO2 method, noted for its safety and efficiency.

An isolate (CBD-only) or broad-spectrum blend is available, with each product packing 250mg of cannabidiol into a 2 ounce jar, which retails, in both cases, for $49.

Pure Spectrum CBD Lotion

Pure Spectrum rises to the call once again with their CBD lotion, meant to soften and moisturize skin. (This, compared to the salves, which are targeted more for deep penetrating effects on muscles and joints.)

The mix includes all manner of yummy and soothing natural ingredients like aloe vera, cocoa butter, and Vitamin E. Those are mixed together with Pure Spectrum’s 99.9% pure isolate blend, meaning there’s no trace of THC nor any other cannabinoids.

These lofty claims can be double-checked by Pure Spectrum’s Certificates of Analysis, which the company regularly obtains for each of its products. (We will note that the mix includes a Polysorbate-60, which isn’t our favorite ingredient to see, but the additive is typical in the skincare industry, and the remainder of ingredients are natural and gentle on the body.)

A 2-ounce jar of the stuff includes 250mg of cannabidiol and runs for $41.

Pure Spectrum CBD Pet Products

It’s not just humans Pure Spectrum is concerned with. The company has an entire line dedicated to CBD pet products.

Included are three different mixes of Pure Spectrum’s CBD oil—one for small breeds, one for medium, and one for large. Each bottle includes Pure Spectrum’s stellar CBD oil though the strength of the mixture is tailored to the size of the animals, with the small breeds bottle coming out to 150mg, the medium to 300mg, and the large breeds to 500mg.

For animals getting on in age, or those with special needs, Pure Spectrum also makes a cannabidiol-enriched capsule for joint support. The capsules mix together 2.5mg of CBD oil with a mixture of ingredients proven to help ease with the unfortunate and common issue affecting our furry friends.

The CBD tinctures retail for $29 (small breed), $39 (medium) and $55 (large), while the capsules cost $59.

Pure Spectrum CBD Vapes

If skincare or sublingual delivery methods aren’t your favorite, Pure Spectrum also has several CBD vape options available.

Each cartridge is loaded with 250mg of the company’s CBD oil, which comes in a natural variety, or a range of flavors, including lemon, tangerine and tangerine honey. The specific tastes, scents, and sensations are derived from all-natural terpenes, and nothing else.

Pure Spectrum refrains from including artificial additives PG and VG to their vape mix, making the product particularly safe. (Though the cartridges are only compatible with specific types of vape pens. Read the directions carefully before purchasing.)

Each vial retails for $51, with the exception of the tangerine honey variety, which includes just 100mg of cannabidiol and sells for $36.
