Lily CBD is a rare East Coast-based entrant in the CBD oil market, but the company brings with it all the zippy follow-through the Northeast is known for. New York State farms are responsible for organically growing Lily CBD’s hemp, while the more extensive—but safer and cleaner—CO2 extraction method is employed to cultivate CBD oil. The company also has all of its products tested for heavy metals and other contaminants and works just as hard spiritually as it does physically, with a percentage of all sales donated to charity.
Lily CBD sets the tone right away with a beautiful looking website that has all the stylish markings of a company selling organic and reliable products.
Lily CBD says it’s dedicated to offering a better alternative for people hoping to add to their natural wellness routine, and it follows up on this mission by sourcing hemp from a network of organic farms in Upstate New York. Lily CBD then has the hemp undergo the hypercritical CO2 extraction method—an industry standard for safety—to produce their CBD oil.
The website also proclaims that the company’s cannabidiol oil is free of any heavy metals, pesticides and other residual contaminants. While there’s no proof offered online, Lily CBD says they’re more than happy to provide lab test results upon request. We took them up on that offer, and were pleasantly surprised to hear back from the company within a half-hour, with a batch of very recent and satisfactory CoAs showing that the company’s inventory of CBD oils were, indeed, as clean and pure as advertised.
For sale at Lily CBD’s online store are three strengths of CBD oil—500 mg, 1000 mg, and 1500mg—as well as a 200mg CBD roller. Prices range from $59 to $249.
While we could do with perhaps a bit more innovation in their line of products, we give the company props on an all-natural catalogue of goods, especially the roller, which, when we’ve seen produced elsewhere, can often find itself subject to any number of additives. And we applaud them again for a dedication to charity, sending 5% of proceeds to organizations working with children with Autism, epilepsy, and mental health issues.
Bottom Line – Lily CBD wants to help bring more safe and reliable CBD oil products to a burgeoning market and actually walks the walk when it comes to that mission. Organic farms and CO2 extraction methods are used to protect the quality of the company’s cannabidiol while third-party lab tests prove the products are safe. Lily CBD has a charitable streak to boot, making it one of the more well-rounded companies we’ve reviewed, though we could go for a touch more innovation in their product line.
