Love. Living. Healthy. Cannabliss Labs wants to improve the quality of life of people everywhere and to get people to fall in love with a healthy lifestyle through their CBD oil. They promise only premium and natural ingredients in a CBD product line featuring consumer favorites like tinctures, gummies, and pain relief balm. But we did in fact find unnatural ingredients in their offerings that make us feel uneasy about their dubious claims. And a lack of information regarding source location, extraction method, the type of CBD they use, and safety testing has us holding the phone for now.
The Cannabliss manifesto is similar to many CBD brands we see: to provide natural alternatives to pharmaceuticals for health issues. By positively interacting with the endocannabinoid system, CBD oil promotes homeostasis and boosts overall health, great news for those averse to traditional medication options. The Cannabliss Labs Instagram account is flooded with references to CBD for pain, anxiety, and sleep health, and most of their reviews are related to these ailments as well.
Cannabliss Labs states that they source their CBD from organic industrial hemp, but they provide no information as to where this industrial hemp grows. We see the more reputable CBD companies sourcing domestically or importing their raw materials from the E.U. Provided there is adequate testing, there’s no real issue with sourcing hemp from another country, except for the environmental impact. However, some CBD brands have been known to get their hemp cheaply from Asia, so it’s crucial that we know where the plants are sourced.
Additionally, Cannabliss Labs gives no information as to their extraction method nor their testing protocols. If a CBD company uses butane or other harsh chemicals in a solvent extraction method, we’ve got a problem. And if no testing for purity and contaminants is performed on the CBD products, we also take issue. Accordingly, we cannot award the Quality or Safety Badge until we see proper documentation as to sourcing, extraction, and testing.
The Cannabliss Labs product line is made up of four offerings: CBD capsules, CBD gummies, CBD Pain Balm, and tinctures. Their tinctures are labelled “broad spectrum,” but due to a lack of information, we do not know if they are using CBD isolate or full spectrum cannabidiol in each of the products. We also aren’t big fans of the gummies that have both artificial flavors and colors and the CBD Pain Balm that contains EDTA and phenoxyethanol, chemical preservatives we constantly look out for in CBD topicals.
Bottom Line – Cannabliss Labs guarantees premium quality, but we don’t see anything solid to verify their product line as such. Conducting regular safety tests is a must. Providing consumers information on their sourcing, extraction method, and the type of CBD (isolate or full spectrum) used in their products is the next step.

I am trying to find a better CBD product. Something akin to what this company advertises – a NANO technology product that is broken down and absorbed before reaching the liver, as CBD can be hard on the liver. Any other verifiable NANO tech CBD product on the market?
