Blue Ridge Hemp Review

Blue Ridge Hemp has a nice line of CBD topicals, tinctures, etc., but what really stands out are their confections. The brand makes a dark chocolate CBD coconut oil and golden spice CBD oil that are to die for! Blue Ridge Hemp is known for their great-smelling, great-tasting CBD products, but we’re a little concerned that they fail to mention their extraction method nor where their hemp is grown. And no posted test results online give us a bit of pause.

Blue Ridge Hemp was born out of a mission to help those who regularly deal with pain. The brand wants people to be empowered by wellness and to flourish through positivity, gratitude, balance, and self-care. We don’t know much about the team behind Blue Ridge, but they seem to follow through on their ideals when it comes to their assistance program. The company encourages anyone who needs CBD oil for themselves or a loved one but cannot afford it to reach out to receive reduced-price assistance.

Blue Ridge has a pretty robust line, most of which contains products made with CBD isolate. Check out what they have to offer:

• CBD topicals – As with most CBD topical lines we review, there are some winners and losers here. Our winners are the all-natural CBD salve, massage oil, and collection of essential oil roll-ons. The CBD gel and lotion both contain synthetics.
• CBD hemp flower and pre-rolls
• CBD tea in four fun varieties
• CBD superfoods – Here is where Blue Ridge really shines. They make a dark chocolate CBD coconut oil and a tantalizing golden spice CBD oil. The latter has turmeric, cardamom, and cinnamon for a healthy, tasty, aromatic delight. Add a little to some hot plant-based milk for easy Golden Milk. This is by far, our favorite Blue Ridge Hemp’s product!

Our mouth-watering from the golden spice CBD coconut oil aside, there are few things that are lacking to award them more of our badges. For one, they do not disclose their CBD oil extraction method, nor the geographic source of their hemp, making them ineligible for the Quality Badge.

And while Blue Ridge claims their products can be ‘verified’ by third-party results, they post no CoAs online at all and do not discuss what specific testing protocols they require.

Bottom Line – Blue Ridge Hemp has a couple of cool CBD products, but we are on the fence about them until they disclose a few more details about their cannabidiol.
