Going through the aging process is—hopefully—inevitable, but it doesn’t have to hurt. That’s essentially the philosophy of EsseCann, which hopes to help others relieve the aches and pains of life with the natural aid of cannabidiol. Like many who have gone on to start CBD-based companies, the founders of EsseCann were inspired by their own positive experiences with CBD oil. And the company backs all of its all-natural products with lab test results speaking for the purity and potency of their cannabidiol.

Liz was struggling to keep up with the physical demands of riding a horse and thought she’d have to give up the sport she loved. Brenda was dealing with a number of health complications on top of the responsibilities that come with running a large family. Both women found CBD oil essential in helping them power through—and even overcome—their troubles, and that was when the idea for EsseCann was born.

Since its creation, EsseCann has blossomed into an extensive cannabidiol brand, offering a wide range of CBD oil-based products, from CBD oil tinctures—for both humans and pets—to cannabidiol body cream and CBD crumble. (Wholesale orders are also available upon request).

Products range from $49-$149. CBD oils are available in several strengths and two flavors (lemon and unflavored) for humans. CBD oil tinctures for pets are sorted by strength for the size of the animal. Body creams are targeted toward muscle relaxation and pain relief, utilizing an all-natural ingredients list—think jojoba oil and shea butter plus essential oils—to help get the job done. And the company’s crumbles come in three varieties: Joy, Focus, and Relax, formulated with different ratios of CBD and fellow cannabinoid CBG to help bring about the namesake result of each.

Each item also comes with current third-party lab results attesting to the purity and potency of the cannabidiol involved. We love seeing that and applaud the effort, although there’s little in the way of information on where EsseCann sources its hemp, any growing practices involved on the farms or the company’s preferred CBD extraction method, which we typically like to see before awarding a quality badge.

Still, from what we can tell, the products are made with honest ingredients and seem to come from an honest place of wanting to help others keep on keeping on.

Bottom Line – EsseCann set out on a mission to help others move more easily—and painlessly—through the stages of life. Its two founders have put together a repertoire of all-natural and lab-tested products to help with just that, though we wish they’d speak a little more to where their hemp is sourced from, and the methods used for extracting their CBD oils.
