Illuminent CBD Review

Illuminent covers a lot of bases when it comes to quality. The brand exclusively uses US hemp, and they’re not shy about posting current, independent lab reports. Plus, Illuminent’s line is strikingly clean, with simple, mostly organic ingredients and full spectrum CBD oil. We found nothing unnatural in the product catalog whatsoever! The team at Illuminent has been making major strides, and a few tweaks could get them a higher score.

Illuminent CBD was founded by current CEO Ryan Botsch, a veteran of the vape industry. He created Illuminent for his “partners” to “harness their passion into a win-win for their networks”. lluminent was originally a direct-selling platform by which people can receive a turn-key business and sell the company’s products. Now, the brand sells full spectrum CBD products directly to consumers on their website. Illuminent claims to enrich lives through meaningful relationships, that their employees are like family, and that they help people through support, love, and encouragement. 

B+ for testing

Illuminent does a great job of testing for all the things we require to earn our Safety Badge, namely:

• Potency
• Contaminants (pesticides, residual solvents, heavy metals, and microbiological screening)

Customers can easily see the cannabinoid levels in each product before they buy, and we love that! Just a couple outdated test results are all that’s keeping Illuminent from the Safety Badge at present. In short, we feel confident that Illuminent products are indeed safe and full spectrum as the brand claims.

Illuminent CBD products

We like the simplicity of the Illuminent line: just pure, organic ingredients and seriously potent CBD oil. We also appreciate the level of innovation we can easily see at play here. For example, Illuminent blends full spectrum CBD with cannabinoid CBN in their Rest tincture. Since CBN is known to promote sleep health, it makes a lot of sense. But that doesn’t mean everyone’s doing it!

Illuminent’s CBD product line is limited, but the ingredients are all-natural and frankly, impeccable. All the tinctures feature organic hempseed oil as a carrier, and the full spectrum massage lotion is one of the best we’ve seen. The Illuminent CBD catalog includes:

Illuminent is part of a growing number of CBD vendors interested in giving their customers a boost in the entourage effect by adding in selective cannabinoids. We love their intentional blends that showcase CBD along with its powerful cannabinoid cousins, CBG and CBN.

Bottom Line

Illuminent is a solid CBD brand with really clean ingredients and test results to back up their products’ potency.
