Ensohara Review

The Ensohara tagline reads, “Nature balance with science.” The company passionately believes in CBD oil as a natural way to promote health of both body and mind — from CBD for arthritis to CBD for anxiety, a litany of conditions have been shown to improve with the miracle oil. Ensohara provides a few cannabidiol products that appear pretty standard to reach their goals of encouraging holistic health. They’re doing some things right by engaging in charitable acts and utilizing CO2 extraction and nanotechnology, but we need to see some improvement in the transparency department.

Ensohara talks a big game when it comes to their CBD oil. They claim it comes from ‘only the finest pedigree seed’ with over 80 phyto-cannabinoids; in fact, the company only offers full spectrum CBD products. But we’re unsure of where they source their industrial hemp. Ensohara mentions a few times that their hemp is grown on the best farms around the world that they regularly visit, since they claim to oversee the entire production process. But on the FAQ page, it is stated that their CBD oil comes from industrial hemp grown in the USA. We’re a bit confused here.

It may not seem like a big deal, but geographic sourcing location can have a huge impact on the quality of CBD oil. Certain cheap cannabidiol coming from Asia and Europe can have dismally low potency and worse, nasty contaminants like butane and pesticides.

This is where independent lab tests come into play, not just in reference to the Safety Badge. If we were able to view a comprehensive, third-party CoA, we could verify quality since we know that Ensohara uses supercritical CO2 extraction. This would act as a quality backup to show that no residual solvents or other contaminants were present. But the company does not currently post any third-party test results, only internal CoAs that state cannabinoid content and microbial testing results. In this scenario, we are unable to substantiate both quality and safety.

That being said, the Ensohara line looks decent, provided the CBD it contains is up to par. There are just five options, including:

• 750 mg CBD + curcumin softgels at $249
• 750 mg CBD + melatonin softgels at $219
• Pure CBD oil softgels from $119-$179
• Kiss of Youth Instant Wrinkle Eraser at $149.99

Ensohara tinctures are packed with clean, all-natural ingredients like grapeseed oil and pure peppermint extract. Their CBD softgels are obviously pricey but boast nano-emulsion delivery for heightened bioavailability, so maybe a slight cost justification there.

The CBD oil for wrinkles is amazing, according to the brand, with a peptide complex that revives skin and minimizes pores. They even claim that some customers see ‘dramatic’ results in three to five minutes! We wish we could get on board, but there is no ingredients list posted for this product. Because CBD topicals are notorious for sneaking in synthetic components (and the anti-aging ones even more so), we can’t take the plunge until we know what’s inside.

Bottom Line – Ensohara is in a word, decent. There’s nothing that alarms us, but nothing too thrilling, either. They could improve on transparency by letting the consumer know exactly where their hemp is grown and by posting independent lab results, not internally created memos.
